GVB GEAR Warranty, Support and Return Policy

Returns

GVB GEAR offers an industry leading 60-day return policy on all undamaged products, and all products on gvbgear.com come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers all defective items.

Returns must be pre-authorized by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) within 45 days of delivery. Please email Support@gvbgear.com to speak to a representative about your return. After submitting the form, a sales representative will contact you within 48 hours, regarding your return. The merchandise must be returned within seven days after you have been contacted. Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in the original packaging and delivered in the same new condition as sold with literature, instructions, additional accessories and blank warranty cards intact.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15% dependent upon the condition of the items and the items being returned. Special Order items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses. GVB GEAR is not liability for items damaged in shipping. Please be sure to package all returns well and in their original packaging.

Manufacturer One Year Limited Warranty

All products sold by GVB GEAR come with a limited one-year manufacture warranty. The limited manufacturer warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials of products for up to one year. This warranty does not cover any damage to products that results from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply (if applies), abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

Payment Terms

We accept Bank Wire Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. Sales tax will be charged for all orders sold/shipped to Texas residents. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any duty fees.

Order Processing

You may place an order through our online store, www.gvbgear.com, or get a customized quote by calling one of our sale representatives promos@gvbgear.com Orders must be received by 1:30 pm (Central Time) Monday-Friday to be shipped the same day. Some exceptions may apply. If any items are back ordered, a GVB GEAR representative will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping

We offer shipping using FedEx, UPS or DHL. GVB GEAR is not responsible for Insurance of packages. However, you may request and purchase additional shipping insurance through GVB GEAR. We do request that all packages are signed for upon delivery.

International Shipping

For international shipping please contact a GVB GEAR representative at Support@gvbgear.com . For international orders, customers are responsible for paying the shipping expense as well as any VAT, duty, taxes or custom fees that your country may charge upon delivery. The rate does vary depending on the product and country, so please contact your country about any extra charges you may inquire by purchasing from GVB GEAR in the United States.
